Get your extensions ready and your dancing shoes on, this weekend is cause for celebration! The party train (or bus, or boat, or however you roll) is making a special stop this weekend as the one and only Ms. Lindsay Lohan turns 23. While Ms. Lohan’s actual birthday was on Thursday, her non-stop celebration will no doubt carry well into the weekend, overshadowing that other holiday.
